Almost precisely half of each digvit (the lower half) remain legible yet there is no question of the date for this, the famous key to the entire series. Richly original in every meaningful way, the surface exudes lovely, medium dove-grey color, complemented nicely by darker accents within the recesses. Boldly outlined details suffer no distractions of consequence, save a pair of old, diagonal circulation marks below the shield. Flat-out nice for the collector of humble coins.
