FROM THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION PART III Here is a very classy piece. Glassy mirrored surfaces beam and flash with bold brilliance in the fields. The devices are sharply struck and frosty, introducing a hint of contrast on both sides. The eye appeal is impressive for a coin of such a modest grade. Only 1000 were struck. PCGS 27, NGC 14, CAC 3. No CAC coin in this grade has been sold in auction before, but the last non-CAC example brought $990 in January 2021. The CAC CPG value is $1,330 and the Collectors Universe value is $1,200.
