- A superb gem proof in all respects: strike, luster, cameo, toning and eye-appeal. Frosted devices are surrounded by mirrored surfaces that are white in the centers with attractive golden blue toning at the rims. Difficult to imagine a prettier Seated Half Dime. PCGS 10, NGC 9, CAC 8. Only 8 graded finer. The PCGS price guide lists the value as $2,650. Last PCGS CAC coin sold at auction in August 2017 for $2,174.
