- Distinctive Draped Bust Small Eagle Dollar Pale olive toning graces the reverse of this otherwise steel gray coin, and traces of luster are visible in protected areas of the design. Surfaces are relatively smooth and are exceptionally free of the marks that would more typically be seen on a large and heavy silver coin. Diagnostic die break can be seen on the reverse from the rim through the second ‘T’ of ‘STATES’ to the olive branch. There are no adjustment marks. We think this coin is graded conservatively (no guarantees). PCGS 24, NGC 3, CAC 2. Listed in the PCGS price guide at $6,250. This coin last sold at auction in March 2018 for $6,600.
