A gorgeous GEM, one we are glad to offer again, as this beauty came from our October 2020 Regency Auction, where it was described as: "For an MS65+, this coin is a rock star! We never ever see these like this. Its really is just a light frost break from MS66. Phenomenal surfaces are super clean. There is one light frost break on the right obverse. If we did not tell you, you might not even see it. The surfaces have an intense thick satiny texture. A bold glowing luster beams from all over. Original colors of thick gold/pale greenish gold (on the reverse) are a delight to see. There are NO discolorations or spots. The originality of this coin is unquestionable. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and sharply struck. The eye appeal is intense!" PCGS 99, NGC 127, CAC 11. There are just 9 in MS65+ and a single MS66 graded finer. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $17,500. Prior to this coin selling, one sold for $16,200. The single finer MS66 is not CAC.
