- A borderline SUPERB GEM 1927 quarter that is fully struck, exceptionally lustrous, and stunningly well preserved. Looking essentially as fresh today as it did 92 years ago when it left the mint. Very attractive for the date. While not a rare date in an absolute sense, it is exceptionally RARE in such a lofty grade. PCGS 78, NGC 35, CAC 16. PCGS has graded 9 in MS66+ FH and just 7 finer. Eye appeal wise, this one is heads above the one we sold for $2,820 back in October 2017. This one should bring a very strong bid, keeping in mind the five figure price tag a 67 FH would carry.
