详细说明: This is among the FINEST 1881 Proof Morgan dollars graded in the CAMEO designation. This SUPERB GEM has the look of a freshly minted coin, not one that has survived nearly 137 years! Blast white, untoned surfaces have the clearest mirrors that beam with ultra deep clarity and reflection. The devices are well struck and fully frosted giving this SUPERB GEM a great amount of contrast. Excellent quality in every way, and it is hard to imagine a finer example! Only 984 proofs were struck for collectors. PCGS 8, NGC 9, CAC 4. There are only three coins in PR67+ CAM and a mere two graded finer, one of which is a monster PR69. This is arguably the finest CAC-approved example that exists. No PR67+ CAM has ever sold in auction, nor have the two finer.
