The final date of the Barber half dollar series saw a limited mintage of 138,000--making it a semi-key date. This GEM AU is totally original with only a touch of high point wear. The surfaces are nicely toned and the eye appeal is wonderful. PCGS 15, NGC 7, CAC 2. The last PCGS-graded coin to sell was back in 2012, realizing $1,293 and the current Collector's Universe value is listed at $1,500 and no PCGS AU58 has ever sold in auction.
