- 1905 Barber Dime. Proof-66 (PCGS). OGH. An angelic Gem with richly and originally toned surfaces that display the more vivid colors on the obverse. 727 Proof dimes were struck in 1905 and about 675 survive to this day. However, the vast majority of these have been impaired by minor marks, well-intentioned cleaning, or even circulation in the past century.
