详细说明: THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION, PART IV One of the finer pieces extant (and tied for SECOND HIGHEST GRADED at NGC) of this popular and scarce Wild West mint issue. Only 214,560 were struck, and the vast majority found their way into commercial channels; any Mint State coin is RARE, with coins in this lofty state of preservation being EXTREMELY RARE. This VERY CHOICE example exhibits frosty silver luster with brilliant and vibrant surfaces. The obverse has a hint of flashy reflective texture that beams boldly when rotated in a light, enlivening a supple pale gold and deeper coppery-brown-gold at the rims. Sharply struck up, the reverse has a rusted texture in the fields and several clash marks. The eye appeal is truly wonderful. PCGS 7, NGC 5. This lovely coin was the most recent example, realizing $19,800 in September 2018. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $32,500. Anything finer is a major condition rarity, The sole NGC MS65 has not sold in auction in over two decades, making this one of the FINEST available on the market. Good luck. Cert.
