- A lovely, borderline GEM with deep, colorful toning that graces the watery reflective mirrored surfaces. Bold navy and apricot tones yield to places of original silver and pale gold. The eye appeal is excellent in every way. Only 727 Proofs were struck. PCGS 65, NGC 52. There are only two graded PR64+ at PCGS, neither of which have sold via auction. The current PCGS Price Guide value is $1,775. A lovely example that will certainly garner much bidder interest and placement in a wonderful set of Proof Barber half dollars. Cert.
