- High end, beautiful, lustrous, and original: these just a few words that com to mind when we view this awesome Seated half dollar. Rich sunset toning shows shades of crimson, gold, amber, and tangerine that blend marvelously together over the satiny lustrous surfaces. There are a few deeper toning dots on the reverse. The devices are sharply struck and are fully frosted, they stand out against the ultra smooth problem free surfaces. The eye appeal is very bold. PCGS 19, NGC 12, CAC 10. This is the ONLY MS65+ graded at either service. Two regular MS65 PCGS/CAC coins that sold in 2018 for $6,600 and $7,800. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $11,500.
