WOW! This SUPERB GEM CAMEO 1863 cent has an amazing look! It is tied for the FINEST graded and has a stunning visual allure! Icy smooth and flashy reflective mirrors beam wildly all over. The fields offer the epitome of cleanliness and clarity, the reflection unmarred by any sort of haze or toning. Sharp, well struck devices are fully frosted and there is exceptional contrast between the devices and the fields. A strong glass will reveal a few tiny flecks that we note for the sake of accuracy. The eye appeal is stunning. Only 460 were struck. PCGS 14, NGC 6, CAC 7. There are just 2 in PR66+ CAM and NONE FINER. We sold one of the more recent regular PR66 CAMs for a record $15,275 in our May 2018 Regency Auction. The current PCGS Price in PR66+ CAM is $20,000.
