Tied for second finest graded at PCGS, with just two finer. It is in good company, at the MS66+ grade with the Simpson coin. Remarkably lustrous surfaces are smooth and have a wonderful mint gloss. Album toning frames both sides, accenting the nicely struck devices. There are just a few microscopic ticks that keep it from a CAC bean. PCGS 3, NGC 0. The only ones to sell were CAC, the most recent selling for $3,290 in a weak market (February 2016). The current PCGS value is listed at $3,750.
