- R-7-. 7-12 Minted. Stuck in copper with a reeded edge. No question this coin is a full original GEM Mint red coin. We are no sure why CAC did not bean it. Deep and glittering mirrors really beam full red from all over. The mirrors are also clean and clear. Only using a strong glass can you find a few light toning dots scattered around. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have crisp sharp strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic! PCGS 1, NGC 0. This is the FINEST J-729 graded. There is no Collectors Universe Value. Mr. Simpson paid what seems like too cheap of a price back in 2008-$3,950. Today, you can offer $25,000 and there are no more PR66's to ever buy! PCGS # 60956 Cert. Number 30931100 PCGS # 80956
