A very CHOICE and borderline GEM Mint State example of this lower mintage and conditionally RARE date. Only 61,360 were struck, none of which have ever graded higher than MS64+ at PCGS. This totally original example is sharply struck with rich patina and lovely luster. A few tiny traces of contact are all that keep this high grade example from a GEM grade holder. PCGS 22, NGC 20, CAC 10. The last three examples sold in the $2,640 to $2,880 range; the current Collectors Universe value is listed at $3,250 and the CAC CPG is $3,120. VERY RARE finer, only five are graded higher at PCGS, all MS64+, two of which sold in 2022 as part of the Fairmont Collection. This is a lovely example for your set. Cert. Number 41436481 PCGS # 8377
