- 1882 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-64 (PCGS). CAC. An appealing Choice Proof from the widely collected final decade of Liberty Seated coinage. Both sides are richly original in preservation, the obverse dressed in a bold blend of olive-orange, antique silver and champagne-rose iridescence. For the reverse we note an overlay of warmer mauve-gray patina with rose and blue undertones. Fully struck, as befits the method of manufacture, and sure to attract attention. PCGS# 5583.
