Exceptional quality for the type, this fairly RARE fractional issue from the Soviet Republic in southern Siberia offers olive-brown surfaces with some hints of brilliance emanating from the protected areas. For completeness, a few spots are noted, but are rather minor and quite typical for the issue. Estimate: $500 - $750.
