Stunning, deep, beaming, mirrored fields have a bold, clean, and clear reflection. Wonderful contrast, which is especially deep on the reverse, mixed with the totally original and colorful toning, makes this GEM particularly high end looking and exceptionally beautiful. Like the previous four lots, this coin is housed in an early NGC encapsulation. Only 930 Proofs were struck. PCGS 91, NGC 59, CAC 15. The most recent example sold for $1,140 in April 2019 and before that one sold for $1,880 in July 2015. The published prices are not going to be accurate on this one, and it would not come as a shock if the published pricing for a PR65 is exceeded when this beauty crosses the block. Cert.
