- ECUADOR. (1831) Moneda de Quito 2 Reales. Quito mint. KM-6. Good-4 (PCGS). Script "MDQ" countermark on an 1819-JF Nueva Granada 2 Reales, KM-76. Light silver gray with a bold countermark. Some trivial old hairline scratches are noted on the left side of the obverse. A scarce issue on a rare undertype. Estimate: $350 - $500.
