Another "common" $20 in a scarce PCGS holder. On first look, this coin has a CHOICE look. The luster is incredibly bold and brilliant and the strike is crisp and bold. A few tiny stray marks account for the assigned grade, but the eye appeal is great. Housed in a 2.1 generation PCGS holder, which was a transitional style holder used in October to December 1989. PCGS 3,994, NGC 3,727, CAC 30. The CAC CPG value is $2,910 and the PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $2,550. A collector of older generation slabs should take note and bid accordingly. Cert.
