- GUATEMALA. 8 Reales, 1795/4-M. Charles IV (1788-1808). NGC MS-62. KM-53; FC-41b. VERY RAREoverdate. Second finest graded at NGC with one finer and none graded at PCGS. Well struck with smooth ash patina over the majority of the surfaces, a few areas of soft grey in the peripheries and a bit of shadow grey hugging the devices on the reverse. An attractive example with underlying luster. Quite the prize for the specialist of Guatemalan numismatics. The NGC insert does not indicate the overdate. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500.
