- Mostly RED, this RB shows just some modest mellowing to light brown. A GEM of the first order, the eye appeal is superb, and is fully worthy of its status as tied for FINEST RB graded at PCGS. PCGS 26, NGC 16, CAC 11. NO RB is graded finer at either service. It has been over three years since the last CAC approved example sold, selling for $940 in a September 2015 auction. There are earlier records at $1,058. The current PCGS value is listed at $900.
