- R-5. 31-75 Minted. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Deep mirrors beam from all over. They do have strong clarity and reflection. Even when using a strong glass there are no major impairments. An interesting mottled mix of moderate deep pewter/blue colors are scattered all over. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and stand out. The eye appeal is pretty neat! PCGS 11, NGC 0.
