- 1874-CC Trade Dollar. AU-58 (PCGS). Brilliant apart from faint champagne-pink rim highlights, this sharply struck and lustrous example retains ample evidence of a semi-prooflike finish from the dies. One of the scarcest Carson City Mint trade dollars, especially in the finer circulated and Mint State grades, the 1874-CC saw widespread exportation to the Orient. This is a particularly fortunate survivor from a mintage of 1,373,200 pieces that will excite both trade dollar and Carson City Mint enthusiasts. Provenance: From the BKingdom Collection. PCGS# 7035.
