- Somewhat frosty medium brown. There is some natural planchet roughness in the centers and small patches of shallow verdigris scattered about both sides. The best identifying mark is a tiny planchet fissure from the top of L in POPULI to the dentils over that I. Not perfect but sharply detailed and finest certified by NGC.</B> <BR>Estimated Value $400 - 800.
