- 1800 Draped Bust Silver Dollar. BB-194, B-14. Rarity-3. Dotted Date. EF-45 (NGC). This otherwise steel gray silver dollar has mottled pewter highlights in and around the centers. Boldly defined from a nicely centered and well executed strike, the appearance is very nice apart from a few light handling marks on Liberty's neck. This popular Guide Bookvariety of the 1800 dollar is readily identifiable by the curious die breaks in the date area from which it derives its name. At the Choice EF level the present example is finer than most certified offerings in today's market. PCGS# 6889. NGC ID: 24X9.
