FROM THE INCLINE COLLECTION PRISTINE surfaces. An issue not known for it’s striking sharpness, as evidenced by the myriad of tiny planchet ticks and striations noted on examples of this year. This coin, although it still shows the planchet ticks, also was blessed with the coveted FULL STEPS that are so elusive on this date. Blazing brilliance. PCGS 15, NGC 0.
