- 1903-O Liberty Head Eagle. MS-63 (NGC). OH. Honey gold surfaces offer rich, rotating frosty luster and clean fields. This Choice Mint State piece lacks any jarring contact marks, making it excellent for the grade and outstanding compared to most other uncirculated examples. Though the 1903-O is the most plentiful New Orleans striking, the issue is scarce when compared to common Philadelphia and San Francisco dates.
