- Incredibly satiny and velvety with a bold, matte-like luster. The surfaces are lovely, with variegated deep red, violet, and magenta hues. A tiny tick or two keeps it from a full GEM grade, but the eye appeal is great. PCGS 94, NGC 26. The most recent example realized $1,680 in October 2021 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,800. This coin is ex Kendall Marie Collection, sold in April 2006, for $1,680.
