ITALY. Parma. 5 Centesimi, 1830. NGC MS-63 BN. KM-C25; Mont-124. Issued by Maria Luisa, widow of Napoleon, while duchess of Parma. Exiled there as an embarrassment to the Austrian court, she quickly won the hearts of the locals (she didn't steal) and is still remembered there with fondness.
