- In a word, SPECTACULAR! The surfaces are so pristine, it looks like the coin was struck yesterday! Gorgeous, deep matte finish. Thick frosty luster is accentuated on the obverse with fiery red, while the reverse has been graced with a whisper of violet hues over mint red. Needle sharp motifs. One of the few times all of Lincoln’s beard is fully delineated. FLAWLESS! Just 1,365 pieces were struck. PCGS 8, NGC 5, CAC 5. This particular coin recently sold in November 2019 for $6,900.
