This coin is so HIGH END, it is not just a 67+, we unhesitatingly grade this coin a PR67.8+++! Hard to believe this coin was abandoned for the PR69 CAC (yes PR69)! Superior deep mirrors beam boldly from all over. The mirrors have intense clarity and are the epitome of perfection. When you twirl the coin the mirrors have a semi “watery” like roll. A band of blue/gold/pale violet frames the peripheries. The centers have intense contrast. Miss Liberty and every detail are frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is gonzo great! PCGS 8, NGC 8, CAC 7. Only 700 were minted. PCGS has graded just this coin in PR67+ Cameo with only 1 coin higher. There is no record of this coin being sold via auction. There is a ridiculously low Collectors Universe value of $8,400. Keep in mind the lone PR68 (which is beaned) would cost at least $20,000+ if it were to ever appear.
