CAMBODIA. 1/4 Tical (Salong), CS 1208 (1847). PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder. KM-35. Small temple. Tied with one other example (also in this auction) for finest certified by PCGS, with only three examples certified finer by NGC for this type (one at MS-65 and two at MS-66). A lovely example, sharply struck with nice toning, mottled and somewhat dark on the obverse with lighter reverse hues. Estimate: $900 - $1,200. Provenance: Ex: Jerome Vandendriessche Collection.
