FROM THE TRZASKA COLLECTION. Tied for FINEST GRADED at PCGS and a gorgeous coin worthy of its lofty state of preservation. A soft iridescent rose-gold patina is gently dusted over the intensely lustrous brilliant surfaces. Gleaming cartwheel luster swirls on both sides, accenting nearly PRISTINE surfaces. As typically seen on this type there are a number of die cracks that add to the charm. The eye appeal is wonderful. PCGS 36, NGC 4, CAC 12. There are 20 reported in MS66+ and none finer. We think there is at least some duplication here in hopes of an MS67 grade. The last CAC-approved example realized $4,320 in January 2018 and we sold one in October 2017 for $4,583. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $5,500 and it would not come as a shock if that level was met. This is an outstanding example and an important opportunity not to be missed if you are working on a top tier Registry Set. Cert. Number 82949986 PCGS # 3803.00
