FROM THE SAND HILL COLLECTION. JR-1. A great representative of this final year of issue of the Draped Bust dime, that displays only the slightest friction and is nearly full Mint State. Well struck in the centers but some light weakness is noted at the rims. Untoned silver centers and rich blue-slate toning at the rims are suggestive of old album storage. A lovely type coin. PCGS 31, NGC 35. The last two PCGS coins to sell were CAC approved and sold over three years ago, the most recent in October 2015 for $6,463. The current Collector's Universe value is listed at $5,750 and the eye appeal of this coin may well bring it to a higher bid than that. Cert. Number 29777864 PCGS # 4480
