- Circa 1883 Robert E. Lee Camp No. 1 Confederate Veterans’ medal. Musante GW-1014, Baker-378. Copper, Bronzed. MS-66 (PCGS). 32 mm. Lovely deep mahogany bronze with slight marbling visible in the fields. Intensely prooflike with little handling and exceptional eye appeal. Known in bronze and white metal and called rare in both.
