- 1793 Flowing Hair Cent. Wreath Reverse. S-11B. Rarity-4. Lettered Edge. VF-20 (PCGS). A pleasing VF example of this scarce subvariety that has two leaves following DOLLAR on the edge. Attractive medium brown surfaces are quite smooth and essentially problem-free showing just a few tiny nicks on each side that are not out of line for the grade.
