Untoned and impressively detailed with scattered surface marks due to handling and storage that are quite moderate. From a mintage of 8.3 million a mere 9 coins have been designated MS PL by NGC with a single MS62+PL at PCGS. PCGS 0, NGC 4. One of only 10 MS PL examples, with only 3 finer (62+,63,67). Unlisted in the PCGS price guide, there are no auction records for prooflike coins in mint state. Surely worthy of a 4-figure bid - a rare chance to purchase an attractive PL Seated Half. Cert.
