- (t) CHINA. Tibet. 2 Sho (1/5 Srang), ND (1910). Hsuan-t'ung (Xuantong [Puyi]). PCGS AU-58.
L&M-652; KM-Y-6; WS-0239. A difficult type in any grade, at near-Mint State, it is a true RARITY. Presenting with silvery surfaces and some areas of tone that enhance the overall eye appeal. We have not offered a finer certified example of this type. In October Hong Kong, 2022, a PCGS AU-53 sold for $3,360.

(t)On September 1, 2019, the United States enacted new tariffs on collector's items of Chinese origin, including bullion and numismatic coins and banknotes. This lot was manufactured in China and was sourced from outside the United States for this auction after the tariffs were enacted. Accordingly, any client who wishes to take delivery of this item within the United States will be subject to a 7.5% import tariff plus a processing fee of 0.3464% (minimum $27.75 / maximum $538.40).
On July 27, 2022, the United States enacted new tariffs on collector’s items of Russian Federation or Republic of Belarus origin, including bullion and numismatic coins and banknotes. This lot was manufactured in the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus and was sourced from outside the United States for this auction after the tariffs were enacted. Accordingly, any client who wishes to take delivery of this item within the United States will be subject to a 35% import tariff plus a processing fee of 0.3464% (minimum $27.75 / maximum $538.40), at time of printing and subject to change.
