- On Target Collection. VAM-8, repunched mintmark. Thickening at the center of the "S" reveals the correct VAM attribution. Recognizable as a key to most series, the San Francisco is much scarcer than its Philadelphia counterpart against all grades. Although three sizable reed mark abrasions affect Liberty's portrait, the balance of either side shows only a minimal number of marks for the very select grade level.
