A SCARCE one year type, this piece emanates from an issue that is almost never encountered in grades which approach Mint State. Accordingly, just one example has been certified finer in the PCGS census. Highly lustrous and pleasingly toned, with some cobalt and magenta handsomely sprinkled throughout.
