- 1866 Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. Motto. Proof-63 (NGC). Light to moderate toning in iridescent pinkish-silver and champagne-gold gives way to brilliance over the upper third of the reverse. Fully struck throughout with intense reflectivity evident in the fields as the surfaces rotate under a light.
