- S-197, the so-called 18Q0 variety with the die chips that affect the first 0 in the date. Struck from Die State II with a V shaped die break at IB. Steely-olive brown surfaces show a decent visual allure, despite some very minor micro porosity. The surfaces are otherwise smooth with only one or two minor ticks. PCGS 23, NGC 32. The current PCGS value is $1,500. A nice collector grade type coin that will delight anyone building a VF date set. Cert. Number 32238089 PCGS # 1449
