"1787" Fugio Copper. "New Haven Restrike." Newman 104-FF, W-17560. Copper. MS-63 BN (NGC). Softly lustrous rose-brown surfaces seemingly glow from within with a wide array of mint orange frost. Free of bothersome marks or blemishes and choice for the assigned grade. An ever-popular issue among Fugio copper specialists, the New Haven "Restrikes" have been a popular adjunct to the series since the 1800s.
