- First year for the $3 gold and a great early type example for the $3 Princess series. Ideal sunny golden coloration and great luster make for pleasing in hand eye appeal. A higher grade would be in order, but a short, thin pin scratch in the lower obverse field keeps the grade at this affordable level.
