WOW, WOW, WOW! This coin is MAGNIFICENT in EVERYWAY! From both the technical and aesthetic perspectives, this coin is all there and then some! Tied for second FINEST graded in the RB designation with just one 68 RB graded finer, a coin that has been off the market in nearly two decades! Blazing red mirrors shimmer and glint in the fields. This SUPERB GEM is essentially full mint red, with just a hint of violet and brilliant accents of golden tone. The surfaces are PRISTINE and the eye appeal is excellent. This is one of the greatest 1880 cents that exists! PCGS 10, NGC 5, CAC 3. The only PR67+ RB to sell sold in June 2011 for $7,475 in Stack's Bowers' sale of the Jarapendo Collection.
