- Nicely Lustrous and Softly Toned Pei Yang Dollar CHINA. Chihli (Pei Yang). 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), Year 25 (1899). Tientsin (East Arsenal) Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). NGC AU-55. L&M-454; K-196; KM-Y-73; WS-0624. This early "Dragon Dollar" exhibits an impressive strike and tantalizing state of preservation.
