- A SUPER HIGH END and SUPEB GEM! Perfect surfaces and thick Matte Proof rims adorn both sides. Deep, warm brick red color has a satiny Matte frost that makes the violet and green toning pop in a light. The one shade we do not see is "brown" in the RB designation. This 1911 cent has an absolutely fantastic and colorful look that is a delight to behold, and the technical quality is all there. VERY RARE any finer in the RB designation. PCGS 44, NGC 24, CAC 14. This coin brought $3,645 in our Dec 2022 Regency Sale. The current Collectors Universe value is $3,500. You certainly do not see nice pieces like this offered in any frequency. Cert.
