Tied for FINEST at either service, this GEM was graded ages ago, housed in an old "fatty" holder. Delicate iridescence over fiery red surfaces is enhanced by a bold brilliance. A GEM worthy of a closer look. PCGS 24, NGC 48. NONE are graded finer at either service. The last one to sell brought $840 in September 2018 and prior to that, one sold for $1,058. Good luck. Cert.
